Return & Refund policy

 

Overview

We hope you are 100% satisfied with your Candle Connection purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, Candle Connection offers a refund or exchange on unopened and unused, full-priced items within 14 days after your purchase date.

Damages

If upon arrival, any part of your order is damaged, please email [email protected] as soon as possible and include your order number and a picture of the damage. Any inquiry must be received by Candle Connection within 14 days of the purchase date. Please note: Once product is removed from its original packaging, we cannot be responsible for any further damage due to improper handling.

Sale Items

All sale products are FINAL sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Online discounts cannot be combined with sale items. 

 

Cancellations/Refusal of Delivery

 

Our office will contact you before shipping to confirm your order.  If you should cancel AFTER your order has shipped or refuse delivery, you will be responsible for paying the shipping charge via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.
